Returns Policy



Shipping times vary depending on the country of purchase. In most cases, you can expect shipping times as indicated below.

     United States - 10-12 business days(do not include weekends)

     Australia - 2-3 weeks

     Canada - 2-3 weeks

     United Kingdom - 3-4 weeks

     Rest of the world - 2-4 weeks

In rare cases where we encounter issues with shipping, your order might take a bit longer to be delivered.

Please note that the above timeframes do not include the processing time it takes us to ship your order. In most cases, we ship out your order within 24-48 hours.

Also note that if you don't email us within 48 hours after placing your order to cancel your order, we will not be able to cancel it.

Custom items also take 3-7 days to be manufactured.

After you have received an email confirmation with your tracking number, please allow another 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information in their system. 

Q. What if I don't receive my order?

A. We have a 100% money-back guarantee for missing orders. We have a 90-day policy - if you do not receive your items within 90 days of placing your order, please contact us with an inquiry and we will refund you the full amount that you have paid.


Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we will not take responsibility if the customer has provided a wrong shipping address and the carrier was unable to successfully deliver the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will not review return inquiries for items that have not yet arrived.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
-Any item not in its original condition
-Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
